Love Varg - Songwriter & variety singer, illustrator, herbalist, poet and allegedly, a dancer as well - originally from Gotland (*1988), primarily based in Stockholm. Musically active since his 15th summer, Love Varg initially played the percussion and immediately also learned how to sing and play guitar (in subsequent years; the harmonica, ukulele and some piano as well). Main influences were W. A. Mozart, Kurt Cobain and Bob Dylan, and to a lesser but significant extent, Leonard Cohen, Velvet Underground & Nico, Sibylle Baier and others.
Since May 2008 Love Varg has made many performances at hundreds of concert venues in a host of capacities and constellations, in various cities around the world, for example, Montréal, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Zagora and Varanasi, however, mainly in Stockholm and Visby, the town of his birth. Through the 2010's and 20's he has recorded and released ten albums.
