We are the band MISTRESS!

An old cassette was found in the attic and it turned out to be the recording of MISTRESS one and only heavy metal studio recording from 1984!

After it was uploaded on YouTube the hype was a fact! 60.000+ streams and the band was featured in many big magazines and many record labels were interested, but the band finally settled with “Cult Metal Classics”.

Maybe you’ve heard this story from ROCK HARD MAGAZINE or SWEDENROCK .

Allthough the EP couldn’t be mixed it was released through ”Cult Metal Classics” and it was sold out very quick! And have also been streamed over 230.000 times on Spotify.

Mistress is now alive and stronger than ever and did our first gig in over 40 years at last year edition of the legendary festival MUSKELROCK and the band is planning to, not just release new music but also release the live show from the woods of Sweden since the show at Muskelrock was nothing else than a success.

We, the band now wants to give the entusiast around the world what they want - MISTRESS ON STAGE!
